Vorasell – Return & Exchange Policy

At Vorasell, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to request a return or an exchange for any product bought from our online store.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all original packaging and tags attached.

2. Return & Exchange Time Frame
You may return your item within 3 days from the date you received it.
Exchanges will be processed within 7 days from the date of delivery, once the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start the process:

• Contact us through our Contact Us page or by email.
• Provide your order number, city, and reason for return/exchange.
• Include photos of the product in its current condition.

We will review your request and guide you on how to send back the item.

4. Conditions in Special Cases
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on the website, we will issue a full refund or a free exchange.
If the item is returned for reasons not due to a defect (for example: wrong choice, doesn’t fit, changed your mind), a 30% restocking fee or a minimum of 25 dirhams will be deducted from your refund.

5. Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are at your expense.
